Djuky is built to need as little of your data as possible. This page explains what we store, why, and for how long — for party guests and for hosts.
What we store about guests
When you join an event we store the display name you type, a random device identifier created in your browser (so your votes count once), and the songs you request and vote for. That's all. No email, no phone number, no account, no location.
How long we keep it
Guest data is deleted automatically no later than 30 days after the event ends. What remains afterwards is anonymous: which songs were popular and how many requests and votes there were — with no names and no device identifiers.
What we store about hosts
Hosts sign in with an email address, which we use only for sign-in links and store together with their events and settings.
Where it lives
All data is stored in the EU (Supabase, EU region). The site is served by Vercel. Song search and playback use the Apple Music service; searches are not tied to your name.
No trackers
Guest and screen pages contain no advertising or third-party trackers. We use technically necessary browser storage only: your language choice and the device identifier described above.
Your rights and contact
You can ask the event's host to rename or remove you during an event. For anything else — access, deletion, questions — write to hello@djuky.com and we'll sort it out.
