Short version: Djuky is beta software for private parties. Be kind, keep it private, and remember the host's Apple Music subscription does the playing.
What Djuky is
Djuky lets hosts collect song requests and votes from guests at a private event and play the resulting queue through the host's own Apple Music subscription on the host's computer. Djuky does not stream, store or sell music itself.
Private events only
Djuky is for private, non-commercial events — weddings, birthdays, company parties among colleagues and the like. It must not be used as background or entertainment music for venues, bars, shops or other commercial settings; that requires licences consumer streaming services don't cover.
Host responsibilities
Hosts need an active Apple Music subscription for playback and are responsible for what happens at their event: the event name and welcome message they write, moderating guest requests and names, and complying with Apple Music's terms of use.
Acceptable use
Don't abuse the service: no attempts to disrupt other people's events, circumvent limits, scrape data or post unlawful, hateful or harassing content in names or messages. We may block access that breaks these rules.
Beta, availability and liability
Djuky is in beta and provided as is, without warranties. Features may change or disappear, and we can't promise uninterrupted service — have a playlist as backup for critical moments. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to what you paid for the service (currently: nothing).
